Game Night
One of Aristotle House’s recent events was “Game Night”. This event was designed to help students get away from their textbooks and papers to have fun. There were many games to play, the most popular being Aristotle’s own fusion of “telephone” and “charades.”
Aristotle Game Night gave students a chance to show their gambling skills and try something exciting. In charades, each team of students was given a word. The first participant on each team would get a word and pass it on to the next member by mimicking it. RAs and students went crazy and did every gesture possible, even if daring, just to win! The most fun part of this game was not the desire to win but the creativity put into each word and gesture. To watch the gestures was hilarious, making the game go on for hours – even though people were tired, they seemingly couldn’t get enough of it! The more they played, the more addicting it goteven if it was easy, the words got messed up as they passed on.
The best moments were when words got completely distorted while being passed on – the last person to say the word could only see the warped version of the original gestures.
Laughing, jumping, thinking, and building up team spirit made it certain that everyone had fun!
Come to see for yourself next time at this amusing event!
