<Allen Int’l House Barbeque Party> is one of the most popular Allen House programs. Many RC students applied and visited the BBQ field. Originally, the expected number of visiting RC students was about 50, but due to many applications, it increased to about 80. Furthermore, there were several problems. Some of the BBQ grills did not work (actually out of order) and their temperature was not hot enough to grill the meat at that time. So Allen RAs bought extra charcoal grills as a replacement and tried their best to give enough BBQ meat (Porks, Sausages, and Duck) to RC students as soon as possible. Although the BBQ ground was not in perfect condition to use, the party program was successful. At the end of the party, RAs prepared an extra grill for making snacks (Smore & Marshmallow) for RC students. RC students could take selfies and say, “Thank you for preparing this program, it will be a great and meaningful memory at Songdo”. Through the , RC students could have an opportunity to meet other RC students and RAs at the dinner table. In particular, they could have an opportunity to meet and talk with Rennie Moon professor, 22 Allen House RM, through this program.
